Welcome to the JRC QSAR Model Database

Number of Models by Endpoint

The JRC QSAR Model Database provides information on the validity of Quantitative Structure Activity Relationship (QSAR) models that have been submitted to the JRC. The database is intended to help to identify valid QSARs that can be used to support the regulatory assessment of chemicals, e.g. for the purposes the REACH Registration.

Developers and users of QSAR models can submit information on these models by using the QSAR Model Reporting Format (QMRF). QMRF is a harmonised template for summarising and reporting key information on QSAR models.

Inclusion of a model in the JRC QSAR Model Database does not imply acceptance or endorsement by the JRC or the European Commission. Responsibility for use of the models lies with the end-users.

User support documents on the submission workflow, compilation or revision of the QSAR models and the editor for describing them are available from here. After compilation, please send the descriptions to our mailbox: JRC-COMPUTOX@ec.europa.eu.
